The Missouri State High School Activities Association has endorsed a digital standard for the pre-participation physical exam process, called Privit™. The system facilitates the management of the pre-participation physical exam process and provides coaches, athletic trainers and medical personnel the information they need to react quickly to health situations.
As a Parent/Guardian for a student under the age of 20, you will register an account with your email address, then add your student into the account.
Returning Students: If you created an account for your student from a previous season, please Log In with the same email address and password.
New Students: Select Register to create a new account for your student. Make certain to select your role as Parent/Guardian when registering.

Barstow Parent, Thank you for registering your child in a 2022-23 sport and for completing all necessary documentation. Please click the link below to begin building your child's profile. All students planning on participating on a Barstow athletic team must have a profile and completed forms before they may participate. Students who have all forms signed and completed will be cleared to practice and participate in any sport throughout the year. All forms are to be completed on a yearly basis, however Pre-Participation Physical forms are valid for two years. If you completed and turned in a Pre-Participation Physical form last year you simply need to upload the form to their profile. The Barstow School coaches and athletic staff are very excited about the upcoming seasons and we hope it is a fantastic year for all of our student-athletes.
